- Overview of microcurrent therapies

- Vibrational therapy (tuning forks); Facial Soundscapes: Harmonic Renewal™
- Facial Gym; facial exercises
- A full topical herbal protocol with jade rollers
Part 2:
Herbal Adjunct Therapies and Essential Oils™ (1 day)*
- Overview of Western and Chinese herbs, plus practical “folk remedies” for healthy aging

- Benefits and contraindications of essential oils, according to Chinese medicine principles
